les miserables

this post is nowhere related to the victor hugo novel nor is it connected to my UBER favorite jrock band, malice mizer. im just fucking miserable right now. yes.. so miserable that im the most miserable person on god's green earth! bwiset na thesis yan! up to now, we still dont have a topic.. and some people dont seem to give a fuck. if that ain't a case for being miserable, then i dont know jack shit. prelims week is up and coming, and the thesis race is nearing its deadline. im so pressured right now. if i could point a gun on people's heads to motivate them, i would.

besides being miserable, this week had its great points too. i caught my dad watching a koreanovela! yay! haha. it seems, he's been following it too! yung re-run ng the truth sa studio 23 every lunch time! hehe. nakakagulat lang na he's watching (and following) it every day. he's the type kasi na mahilig lang sa mga hbo's and national geographics type of entertainment. :)

on other happenings, nag celebrate yesterday si alicia ng birthday niya! nagpainom! hehe. mark and i met in glorrietta para sabay na kami pumunta kila alicia. so ayun, kumain muna kami ni maki sa tokyo tokyo.. bonding muna. he shared his job experiences (kasi newly employed si mark! naks! congrats! hehe) and his recent team building. im really happy for him because i can see na he's really fulfilled sa job niya ngayon. i wish i was as happy as him while i was telling him the ire of our thesis situation right now.. :(

after dinner, we went to alich na. grabe! namiss ko talaga sila!! si alich, si rio, si jayjay, jm, terri! ang saya talaga kasi ngayon ko lang sila nakita after a very looong time. then sumunod din si mariek, joey (bf ni mariek), and karen! ang saya! nanibago lang talaga ako kay karen kasi hindi siya kumanta sa videoke!! pramis! siya kasi yung videoke queen ng CSB! every outing, nag uubos talaga ng barya yan para sa videoke.. tapos kagabi, hindi man lang hinawakan yung mic! hahaha! sayang nga eh.. she has one of the most beautiful voices i've heard.. ang taas kasi ng kaya abutin ng voice niya.. kaya bilib na bilib talaga ako pag kumakanta yan! dissappointed lang talaga ako na kahit gaanong prodding ang ginawa namin ni mark, hindi talaga siya kumanta! i wonder what's up, karen?! problem ba sa lovelife!? wahahaha. jk.

so yun, ang saya saya naman. medyo nagka-amats din ako! gin with four seasons kasi yung serve ni alich.. eh every time na mauubos, nagmimix ulit yung kuya niya (by the way, ang cool ng kuya and dad ni alich! the best! lalo na yung kuya niya! kwela! hehe). tapos ang anghang pa nung mga pulutan ni alich, inom tuloy ako ng inom, ginawa ko talagang juice ung gin mix niya. tagal rin eh. from 9pm to 2am ako inom ng inom! haha! before i know it, manhid na yung mukha ko! hehehe! tapos pauwi, nag taxi na ako. lecheng taxi yun, dagdagan ko raw ng 50 yung metro. i obliged nalang kasi may amats na ako tapos gabi pa (correction: madaling araw na). kay maki dapat ako matutulog kaso nagpapatulong si arvin ng photoshop related work eh. so yun, naghiwalay rin talaga kami ni mark.

when i woke up sunday morning, inumpisahan ko kaagad yung photoshop na pinapatulong ni arvin. may mga drawing kasi ng blender na kailangan ko raw kulayan. kailangan mejo realistic yung kulay at may "glass effect" yung glass area ng blender. i started 11, natapos ng 4pm. nagmix pa kasi ako ng kulay at kung paano ma-achieve yung glass effect. when i sent it to arvin, nagustuhan niya! touch rin naman ako kasi para may na-achieve ako. nung tinignan ko uli yung gawa ko, nasabi ko: "wow, ang ganda nga talaga!". hahaha.. yabang noh! hehe.

tommorow, i'll be going to UST for my gym session and to study for OR. hindi kasi ako maka aral sa bahay eh. masyado maraming temptation! hehe. so yun, one crazy week of fun and misery! i hope sana magka topic na kami sa thesis. ciao!
