The Great Shopping Spree!

Since I had (read: HAD --> past tense) money during the early days of December due to my recent birthday AND christmas loots, it's just a matter of time before I splurge on it. It happened during the 15th! It was friday and I was with my sister (who's almost always laging galit sa pera! haha!) in a mall - Robinson's Galleria to be exact. Add the fact that it was a 3-day midnight sale! Only one conclusion can be drawn from that... SHOPPING! I bought two shirts from Solo. One purple t-shirt with a crow design, and one plain purple polo shirt (purple is actually my fave color as of now... it's practically the new pink, the new "in" color.) I was actually surprised with Solo... I never thought that their collection is really good. It's also a bit cheaper than, say People are People, and Folded and Hung. *Wait for the post where I'm gonna show all the stuff that I've bought. Apparently, I've spent all my money on clothes!*

The following day, the next conquest is the SM Mall of Asia. I had Thesis consultation
in the morning so I wasn't able to go with my mom and sis in 168 (Divisoria). Instead, we met up later in CCP and then went to MOA. Here, I bought a black stylish jacket from Maldita (yeah, they also have apparels for men). It was nice so I couldn't really resist. We strolled around MOA for a decent amount of time. Here are some pics:

This one's my doodle during our lunch in Dad's

I'm actually taking a shot of the food, extra lang yung ate ko! Haha

My sis and my mom posing for the camera.

While window shopping, we passed by Marks and Spencer. I saw a suit there which I really liked (really good cloth!) When I looked at the price tag, shit, wag na lang! Haha! It was too expensive! Almost 10k! Grabe.

While it's nice to look like James Bond 007, it's too pricey. Too out of reach for me! Haha. Tsaka nalang pag may trabaho na ako =p

LUSH

Has anyone ever heard of Lush? I first read about it from Celine Lopez's article in Philippine Star. It's a store which sells different kind of soaps in pastry-like forms! I promise you, nakakatakam talaga. Celine Lopez wasn't exaggerating when she said in her column that the Lush soaps looks so delicious you might just want to eat them! It smells so good too... they have different kind of "flavors" so you can pick what's for you (I bought the mint flavored blue soap!) It's a little bit pricey too because they sell depending on what size/cut of the soap that you're gonna buy. Just like a bakery, selling cakes by slices. Really great stuff. Check it out if you happen to pass by it.

Yup, those are soaps. Looks so delicious, you might just want to eat them!

The great shopping spree hasn't stopped there yet. The following day, Dale asked me to go with him in Greenhills. He was able to buy 2 shoes and a bunch of shirts. I, on the otherhand, was able to buy a 3/4's polo shirt (Dale also got one), a blue vest to accompany the polo (and which can also be used as a sleeveless shirt), and a very nice checkered slacks! All worth the money in my opinion! If you're a guy and you want to go shopping for wonderful clothes, visit this nice little store located on the 3rd flr of Shoppesville, Greenhills:

Shopping Spree Reloaded: Dom's Attack
The day after Paskuhan, Dom asked me to accompany her in Greenhills. She's supposed to buy gifts for her beloved Jeff but also ended up buying things for herself! Haha. Highlight of the day was meeting "Lindsay and Paris" in the jeepney towards Greenhills (Haha!); Dom, who couldn't decide which pants to buy, ended up buying both pants she was fitting; the irritating guy beside our table while we're having dinner; and the curse of Dom's blasted credit card. Dom's card really cursed us. She was looking for gifts to give to Jeff, and when we happen to find those things, those stores doesn't support the credit card she's using! Hehe! Buti naman at nabili rin namin lahat ng kailangan niyang bilhin!

After Greenhills, we went to Robinsons Galleria. Dom then treated me to a dinner in Old Spaghetti House. Before we went in, we asked the girl employee if they were accepting Dom's credit card. The girl answered yes so we got in and ordered, and ate. When we got the bill, Dom presented the card. A while later, the waiter returned saying that they're not accepting Dom's credit card! Shit. Buti nalang Dom and I were both carrying cash. Dom still ended up buying me dinner. I just felt guilty because she used her cash wherein we're supposed to use her credit card. After settling the bill, I went in and talked to that girl employee who told us about the credit card. Just gave her a brief sermon. She was apologetic so we just let her be. No harm done naman eh.

Candid photo of Dom. I'm happy for her since she got everything she wanted for Christmas.

Trying out her new phone camera!
