Listen up, friends. I disconnected my Smart cellphone line since I'm planning to switch to Globe. Another reason is the horrendous Smart service which I endured for two years! ;p

So obviously, the old number (0920928****) is GONE. You CAN'T reach me via TEXT nor CALLS. So don't bother doing so. lol.

9 Waves with Verg and Co.

Still sleepy, I was forced to wake up Sunday morning because I was to go with Verge and co. to 9 Waves, San Mateo. Along for the trip were: me, Verg, Karen (Verg's gf), Junior, and Karen's co-workers from the clinic she's practicing on.

Last time I went here, I was with Apple and Co. last summer.

9 Waves is still good though. But it's quickly becoming the "SM Mega Mall of Pool Resorts" (tooooo crowded!!!). Another thing was, this time we went during day time. I liked the night swimming better during last year's trip.

Another factor, girls were allowed to wear shorts and t-shirts! Kill joy!!! Boooooo!! So there were no girls in two-piece swimwear AT ALL! How boring is that! ;p

Club Manila East is definitely the better resort between the two, if only for the two-piece action you'll get! lol! ;p

Proposal Daisakusen SPECIAL EPISODE

Remember that Japanese series I featured in my blog before, Proposal Daisakusen.

Apparently, a couple of my friends got curious and ended up watching it after they read about it in my blog. Unfortunately, those same friends we're a little bit disappointed with the ending finale as much as I was! Bitin kasi! Hahahaha!

But have no fear, the long awaited special episode is already out! So yeah, this episode will cap the series off by showing what happened next, and eventually giving the viewers the "real ending" they deserved. ;p

Ate Bebsy and Family

Ate Bebs and family went back to the Philippines for a surprise visit! And she brought along her two beautiful kids, Sofia and Santino! :)

Ate Bebs is a cousin of mine. She's Daddy Dodong's (my dad's bro) and Mommy Son's daughter, along with ate Chichi. Ate Bebs looks so pretty! Parang sobrang blooming niya ngayon! And why not, she's so happy with her wonderful husband and adorable kids!

She got married to Don, a Caucasian based in Canada. Ever since they got married, ate Bebs left the Philippines and resided in Canada. There, her two kids were born.

Her panganay is Sofia. Ang laki na. The last time I saw Sophia, she was still a baby... that's like 2-3 years ago. Now, ang kulit na! She's so pretty and she seems to be a big fan of Dora the Explorer! Haha! ;p

And then there's my namesake, ate Beb's second child, Lucas Santino aka NINO. ;p

Adorable kid! Gwapo! Mana sa tito! Hahahaha!

It's too bad Nino was asleep the whole time they were in our house. Napagod raw kasi sa kaka-swimming. Cute cute! :)

I wonder when's the next time we're gonna see them again. I hope it's pretty soon. :)

Dreams

Okay, I just felt I had to share this. I've been quite having a little too much of strange dreams lately. Of course I don't take them seriously 'cause some of them are just plain weird.

Then last week (I forgot which day), I dreamed about that my mother busted me for having a tattoo on my left arm. She still doesn't know about it kasi even if its already 4 years old! LOL.

So yun, bale wala lang. Panaginip lang eh.

Then a couple of days later, while I was on the computer. I didn't notice my mom approaching my side. Biglang tinaas yung sleeve ko! Hahahaha!

"Totoo ba yan? Bakit ka nagpa-ganyan... pangit yan anak. Kailan pa yan? Bakit di mo sinabi sa akin?"

Hahahaha! Huli! Ako naman siyempre yung style "kunwari galit na umiiwas" reaction. Hahahaha!

I said "Oo, tagal na niyan. Sinabi ko sa iyo dati na magpapalagay ako, pero di mo ako pinansin eh!"

My mom replied, "Asus!"

I was actually pleasantly surprised kasi palambing pa yung tono niya. Then after, parang wala lang. Everything seemed normal again.

I really thought she was gonna throw a fit! Hahahaha! ;p

MY thought about this? I think she already knew about it. I remember years ago when the tattoo was just a couple of months old, my mom went to Europe for a meeting. Eh the night before, it was hot so I removed my shirt before going to sleep. The next morning before she left, she went by my room to say goodbye. I was just half-awake but somehow I knew that she saw the tattoo during that time. I was topless for god sake! How could she not see the tattoo! LOL! ;p

So what I think is, she knew about it long ago. I guess she was just mustering up the courage to go and ask me why and when did I get the tattoo. Siguro inisip niya kung ano ang magiging reaction ko, like magrerebelde ba ako pag pinagalitan niya ako or what. So I guess she was careful.

That's just what I think though. I love my mom. :)

So yun, imagine mo... I dreamed about getting my tattoo busted by my mom, then a couple of days later, it actually happened. Next time, I'll try to dream about the winning lotto combination. ;p

Folded & Hung - Outlet Store

Does anyone know about this F&H Outlet Store in Quezon Ave.!? I sure didn't. Not until last week. ;p

I just knew about it when me and my sister where passing by on the way to the pier. So the next day, we went to visit the store.

To tell you honestly, I was a bit disappointed. It may just be me but when I think of the term OUTLET STORE, the adjective that first comes to mind is: CHEAP.

To tell you honestly, those shits they're selling there are still expensive! Although cheaper than the usual price, I didn't find most of their items worth buying.

Two items caught my eye though. One is a nylon jacket whose original price is 2,150 php, they're selling it for half the price! So 1k nalang. Another item was a long sleeves blue polo shirt with a little bit of pinstripes. Original price was 1,250 php... less 50 percent, it's now 650 php nalang.

Of course I ended up buying the blue polo shirt! Medium eh, meant to be! Haha! ;p

But back to what I'm saying. Most of the items there are not worth it even with the discounted price. I also noticed a trend with their items there. Most have minor defects that's why it ended up in an outlet store, I think.

I told Dale about it, so I accompanied him there last Saturday. He was able to buy 2 shirts.

So yun, I'm a bit disappointed with their items. But if you're a fan of F&H items (which I'm not, really), you might find that outlet store enlightening. It's just along Q.Avenue. Just don't get your hopes up! ;p

What's Up Lately?

Relatives from Cebu

I've been busy almost the whole of the past week taking care of my Uncle and Aunt from Cebu. Uncle Buddy (my dad's bro) and his wife Tita Pecta, went to Manila last week to discuss about the ancestral property in Cebu. The family is planning to sell it na kasi.

They stayed for four days, specifically Tuesday to Friday. So I've been busy because it was just me and my sister who were tending to them. I even had to drive to South Harbor pier in Quiapo just to fetch them. Same thing when they departed.

THESIS RANT

CALLING MY THESIS MATES!

PUTANGINA, PWEDE TAPUSIN NA NATIN YUNG THESIS!?

SANA WAG NANG PATUMPIK TUMPIK! WHY THE HELL DO I HAVE THE FEELING THAT I'M THE ONLY ONE WHO HAVE THE "MALASAKIT" TO FINISH OUR GODDAMN THESIS?!

IS IT BECAUSE I'M ALWAYS THE FIRST ONE WHO INITIATES WHAT TO DO AND WHEN TO DO IT?!

OR IS IT BECAUSE OF THE FACT THAT I EMAIL INFORMATION AND QUESTIONS, AND THEN I ONLY GET A REPLY AFTER 5 FUCKING DAYS LATER!? 5 FUCKING DAYS LATER... AND THAT'S ACTUALLY THE FASTEST TIME. ONE TIME, IT ALMOST TOOK 2 WEEKS FOR SOMEONE TO REPLY!

OR BECAUSE OF THE FACT THAT WHEN I ASK FOR HELP, WHY THE HELL DO I FEEL NA WALA TALAGANG TUMUTULONG!? ALL I HEAR ARE MERE WORDS! SHOW SOME ACTIONS!

OR BECAUSE OF THE FACT NA WALANG KUMIKILOS BESIDES SA AKIN!? AKO PA ANG KOKONTACT, AKO ANG MAG-REREVISE... TAPOS MINSAN PAHIRAPAN PA ANG PAGKONTACT KO SA IBA!

OR BECAUSE OF THE FACT NA KUNG ANDUN NA AT KAKAUSAPIN ANG PROF, ANG DAMI PANG KAARTEHAN ANG NANGYAYARI!? HINDI BA KAYA MAG-SACRIFICE NALANG NG KONTI PARA MATAPOS!?

Crazy Weekend - Sunday - Family Reunion

Wow. Halos wala pa talaga akong pahinga. When I got home, konting chika chika with my mom then I dropped to my bed to sleep!

When I woke up around 2pm, they we're already asking me to fix up because we're going to the reunion! Grabe, tuloy tuloy yung alis ko! Medyo may hang over pa nga from the other night eh! ;p

So there, we went to Sea Side in Macapagal Highway near Mall of Asia.

It was a double celebration for the San Buenaventura clan. It was ate Tin's and tita Nel's birthday celebration. Tita Tess went back to the Philippines just to celebrate ate Tin's birthday so she arranged everything.

The Sea Side place was actually great! It is similar to Dampa, where you shop a nearby palengke for sea foods... and then you take those food to the restaurant where they cook it for you. Yum.

Grabe, SOBRANG dami yung food. I even heard someone blurting out something like: "Parang last meal na.. parang bibitayin na tayo.."!

Hahaha! I loved the food! Super!

And of course, it was definitely great meeting my relatives again. Jon and EJ specially. All of the primary San Buenaventura clan were there.

And of course, tinira na naman yung thesis situation ko! My blacksheep status is solidified! Haha! ;p

I'm actually really, REALLY FRUSTRATED right now... I'm actually writing the next post in lieu to this...

Crazy Weekend - Saturday - Verg's Inuman

Once I got home, I fell asleep almost immediately. I alarmed my phone to ring at 10am since I'm meeting my buddies Richard and Verg at around 12pm!

Grabe, lutay lutay yung utak ko when I forced myself to wake up. I went straight to the bathroom to take a bath. And after I got dressed, off I go!

This time, I didn't bring a car with me since Verg is already there for the ride. I quickly took a jeep towards the MRT and to Shaw Blvd where I took a tricycle onwards Richard's pad where the two are already waiting for me.

After a while, we went to Mega Mall to eat. We decided to watch the new Will Ferrel movie, Semi Pro, afterwards. The movie was funny! Will Ferrel really delivers! Haha! ;p

After the movie, we wasted time until Karen (Verg's GF) arrived. Went back a short while to Richard's house, then proceeded to Verg's pad.

It was Junior's, Verge's pal, supposed birthday party but Karen is mad at him! Hahaha! But in the end, we still celebrated it! ;p

Verg bought 8 Red Horse grandes. Thing is, konti lang kami kasi hindi na pumunta yung iba... kasi nga akala hindi na tuloy yung inuman!

So all in all, it was: me, Richard, Verg, Karen, Junior, Pau, and Ellen.

To make it worse, it was only me, Verg, Pau, and Junior who were willing to drink! Kaming apat lang yung uminom nung 8 na Red Horse grandes!

Patay patay ako kasi puyat pa ako the other night. Ang bilis tumama! Haha! Buti hindi ako tumumba! Hahaha!

The drinking session ended around 5am na. Richard and I slept at Verge's room nalang. Buti pa si Verg, naka-aircon sa room! Hehehe!

It was fun! I missed Verg and Richard's company because we rarely get out these days!

We woke up around 8am kasi may auto mechanic class pa si Verg and Junior. I told them to drop me off nalang in Robinson's Cainta where I just took a taxi.

Mabait yung taxi driver... and he hates JEEP and BUS drivers because of their lack of "road courtesy"... something we BOTH agree on strongly. :)

When I got home around 9am, my mom was up and as usual... nag-interview na naman! Hahaha! Pero this time, in good mood! Himala!

Yun pala, kaya good mood... papasamahin ako sa family reunion mamaya! Waaaaaah!!!

While I was driving home...

I had a really creepy moment while I was on my way home. I just want to share this.

So there I was on my way home. It was around 5am na. I was already inside the subdivision driving down the road when suddenly,

I felt a chill on my right arm.

Then right after, the window in the passenger seat OPENED UP BY ITSELF! The windows went down and stopped at the middle!

Then the stick shift suddenly roared, "Brrrrrrr", which sounds like when you don't properly shift the gear into place!

Shet, nagulat ako sa tunog.

I suddenly blurted out, "YOU scared me!"

Then naisip ko bigla... why did I said "YOU"!?

Who is "YOU"!? Whom am I referring as "YOU"!?

I felt like I had an "invisible" friend that I'm only "sub-consciously" aware of.

Shet... Shake, Rattle, and Roll moment. Haha.

Crazy Weekend - Friday night - Dale's Pizza Party

I'm having a crazy weekend so far. Crazy because I'm so restless and I just can't keep my ass locked up at home! ;p

Started off on Friday night. It was Dale's pizza treat (birthday/promotion) on Pilep's pad.

I picked up Dale and Oninz in McDonald's Q.Ave around 9pm. We then proceeded to Fifi's house. When we got there, the rest of the gang were there: Fifi, Che, Donna, and Mark. Drey and Jem followed a little later. Dom, Leslie and Myk were unreachable according to Dale.

And to celebrate our love for pizza, Dale ordered 3 pizzas from Pizza Hut... and with a Palm Card, we got a total of SIX pizza! Grabe! Haha!

So yun, ang saya! The usual camwhoring, videoke, kwentuhan, tawanan, inuman! ;p

I also recently discovered a new fetish by Che! Cheryl Golangco actually likes dressing grown men with girly outfits! (Yes! She actually enjoys those kind of stuffs! Creepy!)

Hahahahaha!!! Joke lang Che, if you're reading this! Hahahaha! ;p

A little later, Donna had to leave early because she still have classes the next day... so Mark, Pilep, and I drove her home.

Another thing, nakakatawa yung printout ng picture ni Ed! Hahaha! Nagprint si Dale ng picture ni Ed para at least kahit nasa Singapore siya, andito pa rin yung presence niya tuwing may gimik! Hahahaha! ;p

Pero Mark was still right when he said that: "Iba talaga kung wala si pareng Ed..."
He's right.. iba talaga kung wala si Ed! We miss you pre!!! Hehe!

Another funny moment was, when we're about to leave Fifi's house around 4am... Che dropped a 2 liter bottle of Pepsi! It pressurized and sprayed Pepsi all over Fifi's living room! Hahaha!

It was funny 'cause I thought it was a security device or some sort. It was dark kasi the lights was turned off... so when the Pepsi pressurized, it looked like a smoke spray or something!

Sabi ko sa sarili ko: "Hi-tech yung bahay ni Pilep ah!" Hahaha!

So we left Fifi's house around 4am na. Drey and Jem left earlier (around 1am). I gave Maki a ride home. Dale was supposed to stay at my house, kaso may lakad ako the next day. Instead, he decided to stay with Oninz... so I dropped them off at Oninz' house.

While I was on my way home, something "creepy" happened... which brings me to my next post...
